Mohamed Al Shaikh

With over 16 years of experience in Investment Banking, Mohamed is a seasoned professional in the industry. Previously leading the Wealth Management team at Venture Capital Bank for 11 years, he has since, held positions as an Investment Banker at both Kuwait Finance & Taib Bank Bahrain.
Mohamed Al Raee
Chief Investor Relations Officer
Mohamed Al Raee held significant positions at prominent institutions. At J Equity Partners, he played a crucial role in identifying potential partners, including high net worth individuals, corporations, and foundations. Previously, he served as a Director in the Investment Placement Division at Venture Capital Bank.
Mohamed Alebreeq
Chief Financial Officer
Mohamed Alebreeq is a finance and investment professional with over 18 years of experience in financial control and capital markets. He held senior roles at SICO Capital and Saudi Venture Capital Investment Company, and earlier at Investcorp, where he strengthened financial reporting and internal controls across various CBB, CMA and CIMA regulated financial institutions.
Ahmed Mater
Chief Investment Officer
Ahmed brings over 15 years of investment and asset management experience. Previously, he served as the Head of Investment Banking at Maceen Capital and the Head of International Real Estate Department at Al-Rajhi Invest Company in Riyadh, managing a London portfolio of $400m in commercial assets.
Ali Janahi
Head of Compliance & MLRO
Years of expertise in the banking and financial industries, both conventional and islamic, and extensive experience in retail banking, regulatory compliance and financial crimes. He has held several positions at leading financial institutions for over 10 years in which he has gained vast experience in both the retail and compliance sectors.
Zahra Rajab
Board Secretary, Corporate Governance Officer & Manager Investor Relations
A governance and corporate affairs professional with over 23 years in the alternative investments sector. She held senior roles at Investcorp and Mumtalakat, with leadership experience in legal, compliance, and investment administration across diverse asset classes and geographies.
Abdulrahim Alsaedi
Director Investor Relations
Over 17 years of expertise through the Bahrain Centre for Studies & Research, Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Bahrain Tourism & Exhibitions Authority as the acting CEO and the Assistant Undersecretary for Resources & Services. He delved into investment banking at Venture Capital Bank, Tharawat Investment House, Omniyat Middle East Real Estate Developments, and Arcapita.
Muhannad Hamad

An investment banking and business development professional with over 30 years of experience. He held senior roles at Al-Ahli Commercial Bank and Gulf Finance House, including Head of Investment Placement, and currently chairs the board of Alef Capital.

A business development and investor relations professional with 6 years of experience in the investment sector. He held roles at SICO Bank and Dividend Gate Capital, managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
Yusuf Nass
Investment Manager
Yusuf has more than 14 years of experience in investment banking and debt and equity financial products in international markets for GCC based clients. Previously, he worked in the Capital Markets Department at Ibdar Bank B.S.C. (c) and the Investment Banking Department team at Bank Alkhair B.S.C (c).
Shibu Alias

With more than 18 years of experience, 11 of those in key positions for leading Real Estate investment companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Shibu was the Finance Manager of leading real estate investment company Real CAPITA where he handled a wide spectrum of activities through a long and distinguished career in finance, budgeting, cost management, profitability analysis, and auditing.

With over 5 years at KPMG, Senob has developed a comprehensive understanding of world-class accounting practices for various industries. Additionally, he has contributed to financial structuring initiatives and played a key role in developing management information system (MIS) reporting at KPMG.
Omar Shehab
Principal Investment Analyst
Over 4 years of experience in investment banking and asset management across the verticals of Real Estate, Private Equity, and Private Debt. Previously, he worked for Green Corp W.L.L and Ajyad Capital B.S.C (c), serving as an analyst of their Investment Teams with direct involvement in both local and international investment undertakings.
Ghada Alqaidoom
Operations Officer
A finance and business support professional, with experience in accounting, financial processes, and operational support across multiple companies and markets. She is a graduate of the University of Bahrain, majoring in Business Analytics with a minor in accounting, and contributes to strengthening the firm’s financial and operational functions.
